Spectrum Mobile orders attach accessories ~1.5% of the time while the closest comparison, Xfinity Mobile does 50x the performance for a 75% attach rate with more traditional tactics. For reference, Verizon is best-in-class with a 200-300% attach rate. It became clear that mobile accessory attachment has the opportunity to be a multi-million dollar line of business for Charter. The client’s goal was to utilize UX best practices to drive the accessory attachment rate to 10-20% by the end of 2024.
